Since the inception of JVC's Environmental campaign in 1992, we have made great strides at the factory level in the development and manufacture of green products.
For 2009, we are strengthening our Environmental Policy and as a result, beginning December 1st, we will no longer print or mail parts invoices.
Instead, invoices for parts purchases will be available on this website, www.jvcservice.com.

Upon log-in, you can view and print invoices by selecting Order/Invoice Inquiry.
Invoices can be located by any of the following references:

In addition, you can obtain copies from the Account Statement tab.

Factory Service Center Closings

In mid-march, we will be closing our Factory Service Centers located in

| • Pine Brook, NJ |
| • Aurora, IL |
| To allow us time to complete all in-house repairs, please refrain from sending product to either location. |
|
Our Lawrenceville, GA and Cypress, CA locations will continue to offer warranty and post-warranty repairs on all JVC products.
|

| Service Manual Subscription |
|
|
|
In support of the independent service community, JVC now offers to non-authorized service organizations, an annual subscription allowing access to consumer product service manuals, instruction books, manual changes and parts bulletins.
The subscription purchase offers substantial savings over individual manual prices with the added convenience of being immediately available.
The Service Manuals Subscription program provides on-line access to service manuals issued since June 2000.
The S/M Subscription on the left can be used to purchase a subscription.
