JVC has become aware that a small number of metal fittings which secure the clips to the shoulder strap included as an accessory for our RV-NB1 and RV-NB10B/W CD System(better known as a "Kaboom Box") may separate when attached to the unit.

This only affects certain units manufactured between 12/05 - 4/06 and identified(for the US and Puerto Rico) as follows:

If you have purchased one of these units please click this  Parts Ordering Link, fill out the form online and submit it to us. If it is determined that your unit is affected, we will send you a new shoulder strap which includes 2 strap-mounted cases.
