• How to find accessories
    Search for Accessories
    Model # - Instruction Books, Remote Controls and Accessories.
    Part # - Enter the accessory part number or the first three characters of the part number.
      Start Search
     
    If you know your model number enter it in the search box and click the search arrow. a listing of all accessories will be displayed.
    Or
    if you do not know your exact model number enter the first few digits and a listing of valid model numbers will be displayed.

    The most reliable way to find the accessories you need is to enter the model number of your unit in the Search by Model option on the home page. This will display all the accessories which can be used with your model. Be sure to include the complete model number. The exact model number is located on the label with the serial number of your unit. If you know the first few digits, enter them and a list of similiar valid models will be displayed. click one of the model numbers listed to view all accessories for that model.

    For customers outside the U.S.: While some accessories will fit both U.S. and foreign units, only U.S. models are referenced on this site. There is no information for non-U.S models. Please see the JVC global page for links to other countries.

    To search by category, say video tape or batteries, you may use the links on the left side of the page. These will display all the accessories for that category regardless of model. Please click on the Further Details box to display the applicable models for that part.

    If you know the exact part number, you can enter it in the Search by Part Number option. Dashes do make a difference. Please enter the part number as it appears in your instruction book, for instance, BN-V507U. If the part number is not accepted, please use the Search by Model function as shown above.

  • How to Order
    Completing your on-line transaction is easy! Just browse the accessories you need from the model search list, add the items to your shopping cart, and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the page to go to the check out screen. There you can review your choices and make any changes, select the shipping method, and enter your address information. Another click brings you to the final page where your total charges are shown and you enter your credit card info. Click submit and you will receive your order number to confirm that the order has been processed. That's all there is to it!   • Checking your Order
    Once you have placed your order on-line, you can return to our site to check on the order status. Avoid a phone call by clicking on "Order Inquiry" in the navigation bar at the top of the home page. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and the order number which was e-mailed to you.
    Over 90% of our orders ship within 24 hours so you will be able to trace your order with the supplied UPS/Fedex tracking number. If your order is still in process, you will be told whether it is available or on backorder. If you still need assistance please call our customer call center at the number below.

  • Shipping
    JVC is recognized as the industry leader in parts availability and turnaround time! This means quick shipment of your order - all in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of the next business day. Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern time, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day! Please note that under some circumstances your order may be split and ship from more than one of our warehouses. This may add one day to the processing time of your order and items may arrive on different days.

    All standard delivery orders are shipped by UPS ground service. (Instruction books are sent via First Class Mail). If you need your order sooner, select FedEx expedited service during checkout: FedEx 2nd day, Standard Overnight for next day delivery, or Priority Overnight for Saturday delivery (only for orders placed late Thursday or by noon on Friday). Please note that Saturday delivery is not available for every address - check with FedEx to see if Saturday is an option in your area by clicking here.

    Currently, JVC cannot ship outside the United States. A physical address (No P.O.BOX) in the U.S. or Puerto Rico is required. Orders sent to APO/FPO's within the US must be sent via US mail. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico must be sent by UPS Blue 2nd day air as there is no ground service available.

  • International shipments
    Unfortunately, JVC America is unable to ship overseas at this time. If you live outside of the United states and can't find the part you need locally, you may contact one of our distributors listed below for international shipment by clicking on their name:

  • Payment
    JVC accepts MasterCard and Visa charge cards for our on-line orders. While we make every effort to stock all items, backordered parts will be charged at the time of order. Expected time of delivery is shown during the checkout process.
    If you wish to pay by check, or money order, please call our toll-free order line at 1-800-252-5722. Parts will ship after receipt of your payment.

  • Sales Tax
    Because of our nationwide network of authorized service centers, JVC is considered to have a 'business presence' in every state. We are required by law to follow all state regulations and charge any applicable sales tax on products and shipping. Sales tax will be charged to orders at the rate in effect at the ship-to address.

  • Returns
    JVC makes every effort to ensure your satisfaction with the products we sell. Return Policy - JVC Service & Engineering Company of America has a 30 day return policy based on customer receipt date.

    All returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Return Authorization number through the JVC Parts Call Center toll free at 1-800-252-5722. If you prefer, you may also e-mail us at RA@jvc.com. We will respond within 24 hours of the next business day.

    The Product must be returned, shipping prepaid to the address below in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. A copy of original invoice/packing list MUST be included with the return shipment.

    Shipping charges are not refundable unless due to an error by JVC. For products returned after the 30 day return period, JVC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge customer a restocking fee of 25%. Returns within the 30 day period, which are in re-saleable condition, but are not in their original JVC packaging and/or do not have a pre-authorization, may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

    Please note that all sales are final and no returns will be accepted for the following items: Instruction Books, Service Manuals, Service Manual Subscriptions, CD-ROMs, Software downloads, flash memory cards, and circuit board assemblies. Please read the PC and software requirements before purchasing CD-ROMS or software downloads such as MovieWow. These items are not refundable.
